• Irrigation technician- Starting Pay $20.00/hr

Responsibilities & requirements include:

1.  Understanding of water hydraulics, electrical components and mechanical components of irrigation systems. 
2. Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, ensuring optimal performance. 
3.  Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues and solutions. 
4.  Operate small equipment as needed (experience with small machinery is a plus). 
5.  Valid driver’s license is required. 
6.  Previous experience in irrigation or related fields is required. Must be self starter and able manage a schedule efficiently

• Landscape installation technician- Starting Pay $17.00/hr

Responsibilities & requirements include:

1. Install and maintain irrigation systems.
2. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements.
3. Install and maintain hardscapes, such as patios, retaining walls, and walkways. 
4. Operate landscape machinery and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, loaders) efficiently and safely.
5. Work with a team to ensure high-quality installation and timely completion of projects.
6. Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
7. Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, or rain.
8. Perform tasks that may involve repetitive motion, bending, and lifting.
9. Previous experience with irrigation systems, planting, and hardscape installation preferred.
10. Proven ability to operate machinery safely and proficiently.
11. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
12. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

• ** POSITION FILLED**  Lawn maintenance technician- Starting pay $17.00/hr 

Responsibilities & requirements include:

1. Safely operate and maintain various lawn equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, aerators, and more.
2. Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from sidewalks and driveways.
3. Maintain clean and organized equipment and job sites.
4. Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment
5. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete lawn maintenance projects.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client needs and addressing any concerns.
7. Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within the allotted time frame.
8. Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or similar outdoor work preferred, but not required.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. Strong attention to detail and quality.
11. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
12. Valid driver’s license preferred
13. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
